Riwi was born in 2022 with a clear purpose: to transform the world through young talent and technology.
We emerged in response to an urgent need within our own ecosystem: the shortage of developers in the more than seven technology companies that make up our holding company in the United States. Instead of limiting ourselves to seeking talent where it’s already scarce, we decided to develop it from the ground up.
We chose to create Riwi in Colombia because we deeply believe in the country and admire the talent, discipline, and adaptability of its people.
